Another incredible year!

Certificates have been given out, awards presented and evaluation forms collected which can only mean one thing – our school projects have come to an end for 2019!

Across Glasgow and Manchester, 94 young people in 8 school projects have been paired with a mentor this year and been guided through a a programme of activities to help them grow in different character traits such as resilience, self-control, good judgement and fairness.

We are passionate about young people thriving, not just within school but in all areas of their lives – they have been supported and encouraged by their mentors to grow in so many ways!

Our evaluation shows how young people report being able to bounce back, think about the consequences of their decisions, treat others with respect and kindness, and be able to concentrate and stay on task!

Take a look at some photos from all of our celebration events where parents and families were invited to watch an end-of-year show, met their child’s mentor, and reflect on how they have seen their child grow throughout the year!

We’ll be back in the new school year, but before then there are still lots of things to get involved with this summer! Find out more about our Summer camps in July and August 2019 and how to register your child or volunteer!
