25th Anniversary Dinner in Glasgow

As our 25th anniversary celebrations continue, you’re invited to join us for dinner and an opportunity to hear more about our exciting new area of work with schools and families. Join us at St Silas Church this November 1st as we host a delicious three course meal with friends, supporters and those would love to know more about how Citywise is transforming young lives in Glasgow.

Book your place here:

For 25 years we have worked in close partnership with schools to support young people’s character development. As we celebrate Citywise’s birthday we are delighted to be pioneering a new model of support for the whole family, in partnership with the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley.

We are also building research partnerships closer to home, and this autumn will begin a programme of research with the departments of Psychology and Education at the University of Glasgow, bridging theory and practice and studying the impact of our work.

You’re invited to join us on 1st November for a three-course meal with wine, and a presentation about our vision for the good work we can do with your support. At the end of the evening you’ll have a chance to pledge your support for this new venture in one of three ways: by making a one-off gift, by signing up as a regular donor, or by lending us your time, expertise or connections to help us build a rooted and sustainable community service in Glasgow.

Wondering about what to wear? Smart (but not black tie!).

Please email us on hello@citywise.org if you have any dietary requirements we should be aware of.

Business owners:

There are a number of ways for your business to support this event. If you would be interested in booking a table of 8 and hosting colleagues or clients at the evening, please get in touch with Luke Wilkinson: luke@citywise.org and you can also let Luke know if your business would be interested in providing a prize or a gift for the raffle we will be holding on the evening.

We are dedicated to thanking and promoting businesses that support our work with schools, families, and communities in Glasgow among our diverse networks. We work closely with local schools, around 100 children, and 80 families through our programmes each year. We also partner with the University of Glasgow, the University of Strathclyde, and their various departments, interacting with around 300 students a year. We recognise our funders on our website, over social media, and in our publications which reach a broad network of supporters.
